CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

We welcome our guests beginning at 3:00 pm daily. Early check-in times will be extended with no extra fee when they are available. Check-out time is 11:00 am, with later times available for an additional charge. We are happy to store your luggage should you arrive prior to your check-in time or depart while awaiting a later flight, etc. on the same day. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 6:30 pm or later.

DEPOSITS:

The first night of your stay must be prepaid in full using a credit card upon reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

At the Old Town Bluffton Inn, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations not canceled by 3:00 pm EST (48 hours prior to arrival) will be charged a one night stay, including taxes. Last minute changes to reservations (while checked in) will be charged a $25 fee per day omitted from the original booking.

ROOM KEYS:

As a reminder, room keys should be left in the room or returned to Guest Services at check-out to avoid a fee. If you require a later check-out, please contact Guest Services prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out. In the event your card becomes non-functional, please contact the front desk for assistance. Common spaces are key card access only after 10:00 pm. Both entrances have a doorbell should you get locked out after hours. Common spaces are key card access only after 6:15 pm.

REFRESHMENTS:

Coffee and Tea are available in the breakfast bar area 24/7. A light Continental Breakfast bar is offered from 6:00 am – 11:00 am. Our light morning fare includes biscuits, sausage, hard boiled (cold) eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice/coffee and local loose tea. Gluten Free options provided upon request with guest services. 1 complimentary beverage is provided at the Guest Bar per Inn guest. The guest bar is open until 10:00 pm nightly.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room numbers upon your arrival. We DO NOT provide rollaway, cribs, pack and plays, high chairs and additional accommodations outside of those listed on our booking website under “amenities”. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please advise Guest Services
if you have a special request.

CHILDREN:

Children 10 years of age and older are welcome at Old Town Bluffton Inn. We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate children under 10. Rooms do not allow space for cots and/or rollways. Pack and plays are not available on the premises. High Chairs are not available on site.

QUIET HOURS:

8:00 pm to 7:00 am If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls. Use of the lobby microwave is provided to all registered guests 24 hours a day. The ice machine is located in the lobby refreshment bar.

DID YOU FORGET SOMETHING?

A selection of toiletries and other items are available at the front desk. Items include toothbrushes and toothpaste; deodorant; and shaving cream and razors.

VISITORS:

No visitors after 8:00 pm. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities including a snack bar, refreshment area, Inn bar or Wi-Fi. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. Old Town Bluffton Inn Wifi information is located on your key card sleeve provided at check-in.

SMOKING:

We are a non- smoking property including balconies and front porches. Smoking in areas designated non-smoking will result in a $250 fine added to your room bill.

PETS:

*Ground floor level rooms are pet-friendly (RM# 101 King and 102 (2) Full Beds) with a $50 per night non-refundable per pet deposit, includes water/dining dish and one pet lounge bed for a dog under 30 lbs.
* A maximum of two well-behaved dogs per pet-friendly room only.
*If your pet is found in a non-pet friendly room without permission from management, an additional charge of up to $250 cleaning fee will be added to your final bill.
* Any and all damages/fleas found in the room will be the responsibility of the guest staying with their pet. Damages will be charged to the guest.
* All dogs regardless of size must be leashed when in common areas and on Inn grounds. Please dispose of pet waste.
