You can enjoy exactly that at the Savannah Craft Brew Fest, one of the Lowcountry’s best events. If you’re a beer aficionado, you need to experience it! Below, we’ve compiled everything you need to know before attending. For more local insight, be sure to check out our complimentary Vacation Guide! Your Guide to the Savannah Craft Brew Fest
About the Event
The Annual Savannah Craft Brew Fest is one of Savannah’s signature events! Every Labor Day Weekend, the streets of “The Hostess City of the South” come alive with crisp craft brews, festive fun, and lively entertainment. The event includes attractions such as indoor and outdoor beer gardens, a mixology garden (featuring beer cocktails), educational seminars, and much more! If you get bored of sipping special blends, there are cornhole tournaments and a silent disco.
Visitors can choose between general admission, priority, and V.I.P. tickets to the fest. Each tier comes with admission to most event attractions and a souvenir sampling mug. Be sure to visit the festival site to choose the tickets that best suit you!
Before You Go
As you plan, it’s important to keep the festival’s logistics in mind. On your way to the celebration, you’ll want to put 1 International Drive into your G.P.S. That will bring you to the Savannah Convention Center, where most of the event takes place. If you plan to travel by car, there should be plenty of parking. Most of what the city has to offer is within walking distance from this spot, so don’t be afraid to go exploring! River Street and the Historic District are always fun to experience.
