What Is The Heritage?
If you’re a golf aficionado, you probably already know that The Heritage is an upscale, festival-style golf event. Each day brings a new and exciting activity to excited spectators. Here are just a few of the scheduled Heritage events:

- Youth Day: Putting Contest and Family Movie on the lawn

Who Will Make an Appearance
In the past, big names in golf such as Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus have won The Heritage (then called the Sea Pines Heritage Classic). In 2018, Satoshi Kodaira took home the title of Heritage Champion. In 2019, he will return to defend his title! Aside from Kodaira and other celebrity golfers, expect to brush shoulders with Heritage Classic Foundation board members and state dignitaries.
When it Takes Place
The Heritage always takes place during the third week of April. This year’s will be held between April 15 and 21. Get ready to celebrate the 51st anniversary of this iconic occasion!
